Sid Shuman, Senior Manager Social Media, and Matthew Harper, Senior Manager Community Management, of Sony Computer Entertainment America (PlayStation) will share their thoughts on using social media to create value in the conversations they have with videogame communities every day. This informative session will provide a rare look into the concepts that drive PlayStation's award-winning social media platforms, including an in-depth look at content, operations, and measurement practices. The discussion will showcase ways these concepts can be reframed by keeping the audience's needs first. Sid will also provide an overview on some of the successful campaigns PlayStation's Digital Communications team has used to showcase the company's overall approach to social media.
