The Agency Relations Committee explores ways to enhance and improve the client/agency relationship to help lead to the best possible work and optimal business results. While the advertising agency is a crucial marketing partner, relations with other IMC agencies are also considered (e.g., sales promotion, direct marketing, digital, etc.).
ANA receives numerous inquiries from members on the topic of agency evaluations. As a result of this interest, a survey was fielded to take a deeper dive into the use and best practices of agency evaluations. Results are provided in the Evaluating Agency Performance white paper.
