I. THE FUTURE OF MULTI-PLATFORM VIDEO: UNDERSTANDING CONSUMERS' NAVIGATION OF THE DYNAMIC MULTI-PLATFORM MEDIA WORLD
The presentation is based on an extensive study that was conducted by OTX and McKinsey that has built a deep understanding of the key consumer and competitor dynamics in the fast growing areas of online and mobile video. The study addresses key questions surrounding the emerging digital video market, including: Who are the main consumers of digital video? How well positioned are television networks to extend their assets into the online space? What kind of content are consumers looking for? What are the barriers to growth in digital video?

1. Update on proposed network integration fees taskforce:
• In February, 2008, the ANA and the AAAA formally invited ABC, CBS and NBC to join them on a task force to address the practice of charging network integration fees. We will update you on the progress of this initiative and urge you to continue the dialogue with the networks.
2. Share your opinions on the 2008/09 upfront line-up and marketplace

*10567 Jefferson Blvd. One short block east of Overland on the corner of Jordan Way/Summertime - It's difficult to see the street number while driving so it's best to rely on knowing that OTX is located on the north/east corner of Jefferson and Jordan Way. You can't miss us because there is a gas station on the other corner and across the street is a condominium complex so it's easy to determine which building is ours. Unfortunately OTX has very limited parking, but there is street parking on Jefferson.
