The socialization of media-from online communities to e-tailing-is challenging our ability to measure the impact of marketing investments on the bottom line. The presentation will focus on current trends in social media and what they mean for business today and R/GA's growing advanced analytics and Web-measurement practices. Attendees will also receive an overview of RGA's proprietary data visualization and optimization tool.
