I. ALLSTATE - SEARCH MARKETING 101 (1:15pm-2:15pm)
Allstate Insurance Company is a very active player in search marketing and internet yellow pages. Janice Lucente, Integrated Marketing Communications - Allstate Insurance Company and Chair of the ANA Telephone Directory Committee, will share Allstate's best practices and provide a "Search Marketing 101" for committee members.

II. MEMBER BENCHMARKING DISCUSSION - TOP INDUSTRY ISSUES (2:15-2:45)
ANA benchmarking sessions provide peer-to-peer forums for marketers to learn from one another. At the last ANA Telephone Directory Committee meeting held on January 21st, we discussed and agreed upon the top burning issues we feel our committee should address and take an industry leadership role. We will review the issues we identified, gain any additional feedback and discuss potential partnership ideas with the 4A's.
