Our third annual Advertising Law and Business Affairs Conference just concluded yesterday in New York Two of the highlights of the conference were hearing from both the Chairman of the FTC, Deborah Majoras, and the Chairman of the FCC, Kevin Martin. Both spoke on the challenges facing their agencies in the next year.
