ANA Files Comments in Response to FTC's Changes to Endorsement & Testimonial Guidelines

ANA has filed two comments with the Federal Trade Commission regarding its revisions to the endorsement and testimonial guidelines. These guides would have major impacts on the traditional approach to testimonials and endorsements and affect new media as well.
