2014 Compendium of Legislative, Regulatory, and Legal Issues Affecting Advertising

The 2014 ANA Compendium of Legislative, Regulatory, and Legal Issues Affecting Advertising is now available. This document outlines the advocacy efforts of our Government Relations team during 2014. In particular, it details our significant work to counter a proposal to change the tax treatment of advertising, describes our continued leadership on privacy, food advertising, and ICANN, and discusses our major activities on issues ranging from patent trolls to online piracy. It also briefly discusses the changes that will result from the November midterm elections.

Our hope is that our members review this document and that it proves useful in understanding the issues that the advertising community will face over the next year.
