For more comprehensive solutions, the ANA will work with your organization to identify a team’s skill gaps and needs utilizing our proprietary Capability Assessment Tool (CAT). The CAT is the start to our five-step instructional design and development process for customized training solutions. Additionally CAT provides insight for the selection of all learning products and solutions ranging from Skill Building Workshops to Mastery Programs to Marketing Excellence Curriculum.
As a member, your company has an annual $6,000 credit to apply to your ANA onsite core-training workshop. This is a convenient way to extend the dollars in your training budget.
