Compendium of Legislative, Regulatory and Legal Issues

ANA's Washington, DC office plays a leading role in protecting the ability of all marketers to communicate effectively with consumers. We are extremely active in the legislative, regulatory, and legal arenas to protect the interests of the marketing community. At the end of each year, we prepare a Compendium of Legislative, Regulatory and, and Legal Issues Affecting Advertising which describes our efforts on the broad range of issues we have faced.

Here is a sampling of our Compendiums from the past few years:

If you have any questions about any of the issues described in the Compendium, please contact David Buzby in ANA's Washington, DC office at dbuzby@ana.net or 202.296.1883.
