Tracy Allery is currently the Procurement Category Director for Digital & Consumer Planning at Diageo Americas, Inc. Her responsibilities include supporting marketing clients across the spirits, wine & beer divisions in the areas of digital, mobile, social & market research. Her work includes agency relationship management, sourcing, category strategy, process improvement initiatives. Prior to Diageo, Tracy worked at Mars, where her focus areas were sponsorship, licensing, & interactive marketing. Tracy has a Masters degree in Management with a Marketing concentration. She lives on the Connecticut shoreline with her family.

Chris Baker is head of procurement for Heineken in the U.S. Chris has responsibility for all US spend categories for Heineken with Marketing/Media spend being dominant. He leads a small team focused on delivering value from both global and local agency relationships in tandem with his marketing partners. Chris joined Heineken in 2008 and prior has worked for Diageo, Virgin, M&M Mars and also in consulting. He has worked in UK, France and US. He has a Masters from Cambridge University.
Terri Bowers

For nearly twenty years, Terri has held progressively responsible positions in Direct Procurement, Corporate Procurement, Global Strategic Sourcing, and Stakeholder and Agency Engagement, with 13 years focused on managing marketing categories and relationships. Terri graduated from the University of Maryland - European Division with a dual major in Business Administration and Social Psychology. She received her MBA from Webster University with an emphasis in Procurement and Acquisitions. Terri joined Microsoft in 2005 where she currently delivers global thought leadership, strategic sourcing expertise, break-through technologies and organizational communications. In this role she leads and oversees more than $1.2B in global advertising and media activity, key areas of focus are to partner closely with marketing business groups, understand critical marketing trends and strategies, and develop agency and category solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness and contribute to maximizing return on marketing investment. Additional responsibilities include leading the development of category strategy that reflects best-in-class pricing strategies and structures, supply base optimization, agency partnerships, joint process improvements, campaign effectiveness, risk mitigation and global market and industry analysis. Actively serves as an advocate for supplier diversity initiatives.

Mary Ann Brennan

Mary Ann Brennan is a Senior Marketing and Operations Professional with nearly 23 years of proven strategic marketing and operations leadership. Most recently, she has led the charge in driving more than $60MM in global cost leadership initiatives within the CPG industry focusing on cost discipline and business innovation efficiencies that have contributed to gross and net profit margin growth and ultimately increased shareholder value. She has led a global indirect sourcing team focusing on categories such as marketing, advertising, legal, travel and trade show services as well as Europe, Latin America and Asia regional teams. She has held various positions with increasing levels of responsibility within the Retail, Telecommunications, Non-Profit, Entertainment, Financial Services and CPG industries. More recently some of her roles have included Vice President, Marketing for a Fortune 50 Financial Services company as well as Senior Director, Global Procurement for a Fortune 500 CPG company that is the leader in the toy manufacturing industry.

Kimberly Chastang-Lee

Kimberly Chastang-Lee is an experienced Strategic Sourcing/Procurement professional with progressive experience Indirect Services (i.e. Creative Advertising, Digital, Media, POP), and Direct Materials. She is currently the Senior Global Procurement Manager at Mattel responsible for creating and driving Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Stakeholder Engagement for several business units and brands. Her customer/business centric approach has helped to deliver value back to the organization by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing investment. Prior to joining Mattel, Kimberly spent 5 years with Mars Inc. as a Sourcing Professional with the Commercial (Procurement) Marketing team. Her prior experience also includes supporting the sourcing efforts at AT&T Broadband/Comcast, and Reynolds Aluminum Co. Kimberly has her BS in Business Administration from USC, and her MBA from Pepperdine University. Kimberly's extensive work experience and education has led to proven success in building relationships, leading teams (directly and indirectly thru influence), developing sustainable models to support long term strategies, and identifying opportunities for continuous strategic advantage.

Chris Constable currently leads a team of Marketing Procurement Professionals at Campbell's with responsibilities for partnerships and category strategies across Marketing and Sales. Chris was previously the Sr. Manager of the Agency, Media and Consumer Promotions Categories at Campbell's. Prior to joining Campbell's in 2011 he spent 8 years at Johnson & Johnson in the Consumer Sector, where he held positions in both Supply Chain and Marketing Procurement. The majority of Chris's procurement career has been focused in the Agency, Digital and Media categories. Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Scranton.

David Dobbins

David Dobbins is currently the Director Global Media, Sourcing at Boehringer Ingelheim. Boehringer Ingelheim is a health care company with prescription medicine, OTC and Animal Heath businesses. He is responsible for management of consumer media and professional media globally. His work includes detailed optimization of US consumer media plans and buys. In addition he manages the relationship with the global consumer media AOR and oversees global professional media. Prior to his appointment to the media area David had responsibility for agency relationships for creative agencies. David joined Boehringer Ingelheim in 2007. Prior to that he worked at Pfizer for 23 years in a variety of marketing and media management roles. David has an MBA in marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Sean Dowd

Sean Dowd has over 30 years of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain experience at Intel Corporation. He currently is Global Strategic Sourcing Manager, Co- leading the Marketing Sourcing Group responsible for Ad/Media/Digital & Branding, as well sourcing owner for Intel's Creative agencies. Sean's career in driving innovative global sourcing strategies has included building and leading organizations within Intel's Technology and Manufacturing organization including Assembly Direct Materials, Assembly Technology Development, Capital Equipment Development, Sales and Marketing Strategic Sourcing and Intel's Supply Network/Logistics Group. Sean has extensive global experience in Asia, Europe and Latin America, including an expat assignment in San Jose, Costa Rica where he led Intel's Latin America Factory Materials organization. Sean is an active member of the ANA Marketing Financial Management & Procurement, West Coast Chapter Committee and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and Masters of Business Degree from the University of Phoenix.

George Giassopoulos

George joined Pfizer in 2007, and is currently the Senior Procurement Director, Global Marketing & Media Agencies. His team is responsible for designing and implementing the global sourcing strategy across all marketing agency and media categories including creative, digital, PR, medical education and consumer & professional media for all Pfizer business units. Previously, George was Head of Marketing Procurement for Buyingteam Consultancy in the UK where I led reviews and delivered savings and process efficiencies for a number of high profile organizations including Universal Music, Travelex, Reuters and Comet. During his 15-year career he held senior marketing procurement positions for a number of multinational companies including Halifax Bank of Scotland and Vodafone. George has a BSc in Business Administration & Management and a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Stirling in Scotland.

Steve Gregory

Steve is Senior Sourcing Manager at The Clorox Company. He works in close coordination with the Clorox Marketing Communications group to manage the agency relationships and compensation structures for Creative, Media, Digital, Hispanic, Shopper and Public Relations. In addition, Steve develops the vendor/agency relationships for print, entertainment marketing, social, search, events, and the consumer contact center. He has 7 years of experience working with marketing communications and over 20 years in Indirect sourcing. Prior to his current position, Steve was a Procurement Consultant, Director of Operations for a dotcom, and spent nearly 20 years at Levi Strauss & Co. in procurement and business administration. Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and an MBA from California State University, Hayward.

Mark D Hudson

Mark has 25 years of combined agency, marketing and procurement experience and has been on all 3 sides of the discussion regarding Marketing Services procurement - procurement, agency and marketing.  Mark's role has evolved from US lead for all marketing services categories to global lead for Advertising focusing on relationship management and value development for all businesses at BP.  Mark's responsibilities include developing market sector strategies for Marketing Services categories, sourcing and managing regional agencies in many categories as well as agency and stakeholder engagement.

Ron Jensen

Ron Jensen is currently the Director of Financial Synergies with Toyota Motor Sales U. S. A. His responsibilities include working across the three automotive divisions on agency agreements and marketing programs that can improve overall performance by developing agreements which align resources to performance outcomes. In addition to marketing responsibilities, he splits his time supporting other business units developing contract and sourcing strategies using a combination of contract and financial management skills. Prior to Toyota, Ron spent over twenty years with Nissan North America, with procurement responsibilities for the non-manufacturing spend in the U. S. His experience with Nissan also included responsibilities for development of a joint venture project with another manufacturer, and the acquisition of franchised rental car companies to increase placement of vehicles in key markets. He is the currect chair of the Advertising Financial Management Committee, West Coast Chapter. Ron holds an M.B.A from the University of California, and a J. D. from Western State University College of Law. He is a licensed attorney with an emphasis on marketing contracts. He is a native of California, and currently resides in Orange, Ca. with his wife.

George Roumanis

George Roumanis is Director, Global Marketing Procurement for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).  In this role, George leads the strategic sourcing and agency relationship management of IHG's advertising, media planning and buying, digital, and other marketing services agencies.  Prior to joining IHG, George spent over 16 years at IBM Corporation, most recently as Manager, Global Agency Operations, overseeing the financial and operational aspects of IBM's worldwide strategic agency relationships.  Previous roles within IBM include nearly 10 years in the Marketing Communications Procurement organization beginning as a Contracts Administrator and rising to the role of Program Manager, Worldwide Advertising Strategy where he supervised a global team of procurement personnel responsible for $500+ million in annual advertising and media spend.  Before joining IBM, George worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison in New York, NY and served in the Office of Presidential Speechwriting at the White House in Washington, DC.  George is a member of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) Advertising Financial Management and Agency Relations committees and also is a Senior Mentor in the ANA's Procurement Mentoring Program.  He has served as a Governing Board Member of the Oak Grove Young Children's School in Decatur, GA and was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees of Cliff Valley School in Atlanta, GA.  George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH and resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and their two daughters.

Sopan Shah

Sopan Shah leads a team of marketing procurement professionals for Nestlé in North America. Sopan Shah previously was a purchasing manager working on media, advertising and digital procurement strategy for Nestlé in the Americas. Before Nestlé, Sopan was on the Corporate Sourcing team at NBC Universal. He started his career in marketing procurement at General Mills in Minneapolis.

Rich Sherwood is the Director of Rich Sherwood Consulting, specializing in Marketing and Advertising Operations consulting and client and agency relationship management training. Rich was recently with Sanofi Aventis, where he was Senior Manager, Commercial Operations Procurement. While at Aventis, prior to their merger with Sanofi, Rich was Senior Manager in Marketing Operations and Head of Advertising Operations. Prior to joining Aventis, Rich was Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at Parke-Davis, a division of Warner Lambert and before Parke-Davis, the Director of Advertising Promotion Production at Conde Nast Publications. Rich has also worked in advertising agencies. His last agency position was at Hal Riney and Partners as VP, Director Creative and Production Services. He has been a member of the ANA Advertising Financial Management and Agency Relations Committees and has co-led the last two Pharma Forums. Rich is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, NJ where he earned a BS in Marketing and Advertising.

Kate began her career at Intel 10 years ago and has served in various marketing sourcing positions. She currently co-leads a sourcing team that provides leadership for the worldwide procurement of advertising/media/digital team within marketing sourcing. Kate is responsible for managing Intel's sourcing and supplier relationships in support of Intel's global media. Prior to this role, Kate served as a sourcing manager for digital marketing and trade shows/events. Kate received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in marketing from Brigham Young University.

Enterprise Holdings owns and operates, through its regional subsidiaries, Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental as well as its flagship Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand. During her 12 years at Enterprise, Donna has had extensive experience in operations and marketing, most recently developing and managing legal compliance standards and contract negotiations on behalf of the entire Marcom team. He has broad experience in driving category management strategies and improving operational efficiencies across creative, digital and media agencies, which result in maximized value, spend optimization and risk mitigation. Sal, graduated from Baruch College with a BBA in Business Management, received his MBA in Marketing Management from Wagner College and completed a MBA program in Digital Marketing at Rutgers. Sal is former President of Institute of Supply Management, a CPM with lifetime certification and recipient of the prestigious J.H. Leonard Award, (Procurement Professional of the year).  Sal is involved in industry leadership as a co-chair of The Procurement Task Force of the Association of National Advertisers and mentor in the ANA mentoring program.
