Tracy Allery has worked in marketing procurement for nearly two decades, primarily in consumer packaged goods, at both local and global levels. She is currently serving as the chair of the World Federation of Advertisers Sourcing Board.

 

Tracy Avelar

At Facebook, Tracy Avelar and her team are responsible for strategic sourcing and relationship management of advertising agencies, production suppliers, and marketing professional services. Ms. Avelar also works to mature sourcing and procurement policies and drive more efficient processes for the broader source-to-pay organization.

Previously, Ms. Avelar held similar positions in procurement with Schwab, Visa, BlackRock and Gap Inc. She received her degree in mass communications and marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Annette Cerami

Annette Cerami has specialized in marketing procurement for the last 15 years and is currently responsible for category management for media, creative, public relations, and data and analytic agencies for the beer division of Constellation Brands, the parent of iconic brands like Corona and Modelo.

Previously, Ms. Cerami managed marketing procurement for Jim Beam Brands and TAP/Takeda Pharmaceuticals. She has managed procurement of services, raw materials, co-packing, and finished goods in the paper and medical industries. She started her career as a retail buyer working for various department, grocery, and warehouse club stores.

 

Chris DeMarco

Christopher DeMarco is responsible for optimizing agency engagements across the food and beverage portfolio at PepsiCo, which he has been with for more than two decades.

Previously, Mr. DeMarco worked at Duracell overseeing merchandising design development, sourcing and inventory supply management. He earned a B.S. in business administration from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. 

 

Teresa Fiore

At The Hartford Financial Services Group, Teresa Fiore is responsible for developing the category strategies for all marketing and print services categories. Ms. Fiore has her M.B.A. and is certified in Green Belt Continuous Process Improvement.

 

Sean Haniph

Sean Haniph oversees global agency management, print and promotions, production, and market research at Zoetis.

Previously, Mr. Haniph held positions as the digital media category lead at Mars Chocolate and the North America media category lead at Johnson & Johnson. He started his career at various U.S. media agencies and has over 20 years of experience in strategic media planning and placement.

Mr. Haniph holds bachelor degrees from New York University in marketing and finance and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.

 

Kim Harrison-Johnson

Kim Harrison-Johnson is an experienced strategic sourcing leader with more than 25 years of experience in the retail and financial services industries. 

Previously, Ms. Johnson led Walmart's strategic sourcing for advertising and media agencies, print production, demos and events, promotional items, and talent and influencers. She was also the SVP and marketing lead at Trust, where she also led HR, consulting, finance, and risk, and held VP of marketing roles at Citigroup, Fleet Credit Card Services, and Bank of America. She began her career at Ogilvy & Mather.

Ms. Johnson holds several degrees, including a B.S. in marketing/marketing management from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and an M.B.A. in marketing and international business from Binghamton University.

 

Mark D. Hudson

Mark Hudson has more than 30 years of combined agency, marketing, and procurement experience with a current focus on marketing services procurement in the Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) Procurement organization, where he supports marketing and media category management.

Previously, Mr. Hudson held procurement roles at BP that evolved from U.S. lead for all marketing services categories to global lead for the advertising category, focusing on agency relationship management and value development across all businesses. He has also had various marketing and agency roles with advertising, promotions, digital, production, and media specializations.

Mr. Hudson holds a B.S in advertising from Southern Illinois University.

 

Megha Jain

Megha Jain leads Global Media, Social and AdTech Sourcing team at Visa, which includes managing strategic agencies, and senior Marketing business partner relationships.

Ms. Jain has over 16 years of experience leading teams to drive competitive advantage and value creation for large scale global marketing organizations. Previously, she held various positions leading Procurement for global advertising and media, events, retail, marketing professional services, martech, and talent and entertainment portfolios at Microsoft, and Procter & Gamble.

Ms. Jain has completed a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and holds an engineering degree. 

 

Denise Kirby

At UScellular, Denise Kirby and her team are responsible for category management and contracting within marketing, brand, business, and government relations to enable organizational growth and success of internal business partners. This includes strategic supplier performance management, advertising, print, production, technology, and business solutions for spend and revenue-based categories. Ms. Kirby works on continuous improvement initiatives that include policy, process, and transformation to drive operational efficiency.

Ms. Kirby has been in marketing, communication, production, and procurement for more than 25 years in various industries, including telecommunications, health care, and agency-related services.

 

Simona Rabsatt Butler

Visa Inc.

Simona Rabsatt Butler has worked in the sourcing/procurement industry for more than a decade, with well-rounded experience in strategic sourcing, negotiating, contract modeling, and investment managing within marketing. In her current role, she advances Visa’s creative, production, market research, and communications/PR subcategories while leading a team of sourcing professionals. Her work also includes evolving the team from transactional to strategic with subcategory strategies, AOP partnering for areas of evolution, and driving diversification of the company’s supply chain. In addition to sourcing, Ms. Rabsatt Butler is also involved in supporting the company’s inclusion and diversity efforts cross-functionally from supplier diversity strategies to the implementation of the Black Scholars and Jobs Program. 

 

Sebastien Slek  
Executive Director
WarnerMedia Global Sourcing Marketing

Sebastien Slek started with Warner Bros. in Paris, where he developed WB’s first European strategic sourcing team and procurement operations. He moved to L.A. to build the global sourcing marketing team, which supports every marketing field, including media, data, adtech, martech, creative, publicity, social media, print, and market research.

Mr. Slek has been developing his marketing and advertising sourcing expertise throughout his career, starting as a consultant for AT Kearney. He's a graduate of École Polytechnique de Montréal with a degree in engineering and holds an M.B.A. from HEC Paris.

 

Sherry Ulsh

Sherry L. Ulsh is a marketing procurement and finance leader with more than 20 years of experience in various positions with increasing levels of responsibility in the CPG, restaurant, and nonprofit industries. She is currently responsible for category management for creative agencies, associated consultancies, production, talent, and sponsorship for The Hershey Company.

Previously, Ms. Ulsh managed all facets of marketing and operations finance for Church’s Chicken, including finance, accounting, and procurement for the marketing funds and financial planning and analysis for the corporation. She started her career at Burger King Corp. and worked in a variety of financial roles, including in corporate, operations, and marketing finance.
