Our Exhibitor Packages

Exhibitors achieve presence at ANA national industry conferences with a dedicated tabletop exhibit located outside the general session room.

Exhibitor packages include:

  • One six-foot skirted tabletop located typically outside the general session room, for the duration of the conference. Exhibitors may use their own display, but it should not exceed a six-by-eight-foot footprint.
  • One complimentary registration. Additional passes may be purchased at the discounted ANA member rate.
  • Interaction with attendees before/after breakfast or lunch and scheduled networking coffee breaks.
  • One badge scanner to capture attendee contact information.   
  • Ability to distribute materials, collateral, or other promotional items from the tabletop display.
  • Option to provide additional signage or displays, but should not exceed the six-by-eight-foot footprint.
