Arby's Video Contest a Hit

This past summer, Arby's launched a contest inviting fans nationwide to submit their own video versions of the company's It's Good Mood Food advertising campaign (see video below). More than 800 videos were submitted via Arby's YouTube channel.

An Arby's panel then judged the entries and selected Andy Johnson, of West Des Moines, Iowa, as the winner based on his video's originality, presence, and ability to instill "good mood" in viewers. Johnson won a $10,000 cash prize and a role in an Arby's national TV ad.

Be sure to register for the TV & Everything Video Forum, presented by Google, on February 16 in New York City. Learn how companies like Arby's, Samsung, Adobe, and Reckitt Benckiser are multiplying their commercial messages across screens to reach highly mobile audiences. Registrants are also invited to attend, at no additional cost, the pre-conference Cross-Platform Video Measurement Summit on Wednesday, February 15.
