Ed Faruolo founded VitaLincs to help clients increase their appeal within markets they serve through interactive workshops and strategic consulting. His clients include major corporations and new ventures, such as MD Insider and The Good For You Network. Workshops are particularly effective at harvesting internal knowledge and ownership. Ed has an exceptional track record for creating and securing sustainable market opportunities for new and existing business ventures. He led marketing for 3 Fortune 100 companies and brings a foundation of real-world experience and learning. Ed has served as chief marketing officer at Cigna, where he led the worldwide brand transformation that established the company as a tier-one brand in the health and benefits category. At Lincoln Financial, as vice president of brand development, he established the company’s external brand while generating alignment, integration, and ownership through all key customer touch points. Ed repositioned the Travelers brand as a diversified financial services enterprise which helped attract the Citi acquisition. He has worked globally, in locations ranging from Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, (Dow Chemical) to Plymouth, Wisconsin, (Sartori), for companies ranging from B-to-B to B-to-C, including Benjamin Moore Paint, Bush Beans, Touchstone Energy, and Outback.
