Mitchell Goozé is a principal with the Customer Manufacturing Group, a leading marketing/sales process management consultancy. In addition to process-related topics, including the alignment of marketing and sales, Mr. Goozé focuses on marketing strategy, innovation, and customer insights. He is the former president of four Teledyne companies and has worked as a marketing professional and been involved in the launch of several new-to-the-market consumer and technology products. He has served on the boards of several private companies as well as the boards of The American Electronics Association and ASUCLA. He has also served on the board of advisors of The Leavey Graduate School of Business at Santa Clara University and the Northern California New Media Center.
A major contributor to Future in Sight, Mr. Goozé is the author of three books on marketing and numerous articles. He has been quoted on the front page of USA Today. He was named Marketing Speaker of the Year by the world’s largest chief executive officer membership organization.
He holds a B.S. in engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, an M.S. in strategic focus, and an M.B.A. from The Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University in Scotland.
Mr. Goozé has been an invited guest lecturer at the Graduate Business Schools at Stanford University, Columbia University and Santa Clara University, as well as having been invited to speak at the Commonwealth Club of San Francisco.
