Employee Communications Sr. Manager: At KLA Tencor, this role develops, leads and executes employee communications strategies and tactics that are aligned with the company's goals, missions, and values. This position is directly accountable for the creation, dissemination and management of company-wide internal information to all employees including current employees, future employees and acquired employees.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
1. Corporate Employee Communications Strategy- Design, develop, and implement employee communications strategies and processes that aligns with the organizational culture.
- Delivers economic value in building and enhancing multiple internal communication vehicles to help employees translate business strategies into action.
- This position has direct connections to the CEO, the Leadership Team and GMs to define a range of channels for messages: to include the purpose of each channel, stakeholders and sponsors, target audiences and how effectiveness will be measured. Develops and manages the company’s overarching internal communications operational plan, budget, tools, tactics and metrics as key levers of change and continuous improvement.

Education:
- BA in either English, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, or Human Resources, or 8 years of experience in Employee Communications, preferably with both Agency and Corporate experience.

Desired skills:
- Prior experience in semiconductor industry
- Multilingual, ideally in Mandarin
