The Director of Digital Media directs and leads all facets of Digital Media across paid online channels including Search, Display, Social, Mobile, Video and other emerging platforms for Altice USA. This person will be expected to regularly engage with and present to Senior Leadership as well as mentor internal team members and manage agency performance and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and track digital media buying/planning to drive customer acquisition, deepening, and brand awareness
  • Lead measurement, reporting, and optimization channel performance on a daily through annual basis
  • Fully leverage ad-tech offerings and capabilities including DMP, DSPs, DCM, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics to deliver the most efficient and effective audience-based media buys
  • Apply data analysis to transform observations into insights, and insights into action, leading to the achievement of campaign goals
  • Partner with agencies to plan and deliver digital buys, ensuring all required tagging/tracking is completed accurately
  • Serve as corporate digital media champion, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices, identifying how to apply to help meet business goals
  • Oversee digital modeling and attribution initiatives, incorporating outputs to maximize ROI efficiency
  • Work in close conjunction with internal stakeholders (i.e. Web Development, UX, eCommerce, Sales) to deliver an optimized customer journey
  • Lead relationships with strategic partners (i.e. Google, Facebook) to align and deliver on KPIs
  • Implement ongoing test and learn plans to continuously drive improvement
  • 10+ years digital media planning and buying experience on agency and client side
  • Significant experience working on direct-response/subscription-based businesses
  • Demonstrated success in applying a combination of quantitative analysis and out-of-the-box creativity to meet and exceed established business goals
  • Expertise across the advertising technology stack, particularly with DMPs, retargeting, site analytics tools, and SEM
  • Proficiency with campaign management platforms (i.e. Doubleclick, Kenshoo)
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and influence colleagues at all levels across the organization
  • Accomplishments in delivering plan efficiencies through the implementation and application of digital attribution tools
