Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Support Coordinator role is an entry-level position that will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team. This person plays an important role in supporting new business development, client implementations and retention and the right candidate has an opportunity to grow into a larger role within the sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience handling a variety of administrative tasks in a sales and marketing environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to take initiative. Additionally, this person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting a diverse group in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels), sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient and act with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
