The Manager Digital Audience Development will oversee initiatives & programs that fuel digital audience growth in real time across consumer-facing digital & social platforms, mobile applications, tablets, etc. In addition to this, the Manager will moderate day-to-day execution of a broad digital audience development strategy. A key aspect of this role will be responding via social/digital dashboard to key trends in content appeal and brand fan conversations, liaising with content creation team to leverage trends in sharing video views and other KPI’s. The Manager will also manage SEO, SEM & digital marketing campaigns and agencies for all Rockettes Brand-building initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience building successful brands within the digital space, and a working knowledge of content syndication and eCommerce experience are highly desired. S/he will have a strong sense of project ownership, and a dedication to deliver results. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a high volume of detail, while maintaining a comfort level when dealing with complex issues, and the ability to exercise critical thinking and problem solving capabilities. Additionally, s/he will have experience analyzing multiple data sources to develop marketing conclusions and recommendations. This position also requires great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others and collaborate across the organization at all levels, and the ability to build strong working relationships with outside agencies and cross-marketing partners to achieve business goals.
