JOB SUMMARY: Partner with Manager, Consumer Brand Management (Theme Parks) to develop and reinforce the brand position for the assigned theme park.  Also partner with Manager, CBM (Theme Parks) on the strategic development, cross-divisional planning and execution of all assigned theme park attraction launches, marquee events, and broadcast product input.  In addition also partner with Manager, CBM (Theme Parks) on the development of new assigned theme park products/services and enhancements to drive increased levels of growth and/or profitability.  Must have the ability to work independently when needed and exhibit sound decision making ability and business acumen.  Must be able to lead strategic program development when called upon.  May also be assigned to support initiatives that encompass multiple theme parks within the Universal Orlando portfolio.


•             Destination Support:  Partner with Manager, CBM (Theme Parks) to fully leverage the assigned theme park to drive the overall UOR destination and maximize attendance, APV, and repeat visitation.  Assist in the continuous improvement of existing initiatives and the creation of new ones for the assigned theme park.  Assist in the development and reinforcement of a brand charter for the assigned theme park.

•             Implementation:  Partner with Manager, CBM (Theme Parks) in the strategic development and cross-channel implementation of attraction launches, events, and broadcast product input for the assigned theme park.  Assist in proactively garnering key partner input, engagement, and alignment for all assigned theme park initiatives. Assist and/or lead in the on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget implementation of marquee events under the direct supervision of the Manager CBM (Theme Parks).

•             Lead performance tracking and reporting for all assigned theme park attraction launches, marquee events, guest facing broadcast events, and cross-property initiatives.



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications. 



•             3-5 years of marketing experience with record of exceeding targets and objectives. 

•             Proven collaboration skills, with prior experience working in cross-functional teams.

•             Analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial skills.

•             Critical decision-making and communication skills.

•             Understanding of consumer and brand research.

•             Self-starter and multi-tasker comfortable in a fast-paced and complex environment.

•             Experience in developing cohesive, engaging, concise, fact-based presentations.

•             Problem solving skills with an ability to anticipate project needs.

•             Proficiency with MS Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

•             Energetic and extremely detail oriented and resourceful.


Experience/Knowledge Preferred

•             Travel & Resort Industry, Entertainment &/or Theme Park experience

•             Customer Insight, Retention & Loyalty, Integrated Marketing Communications

•             Marketing analytics development and reporting.

•             Proficiency in Access is valued.
