The Business of Marketing Law, BAA's first Members' Only conference, will focus on the transactional legal skills and knowledge of the law necessary to effectively draft, negotiate, execute, and fulfill complex legal arrangements in the marketing and advertising law space, including in digital and social media contexts.

Very skilled legal professionals will lead sessions on Advertising agency/client contracts, celebrity and brand ambassador deals, music, video and creative rights agreements, privacy, data use and protection arrangements, and sports and entertainment sponsorships. Handouts will be provided and a CLE credit application is in process.
