In 2014, Outback Steakhouse launched a new limited time menu platform tied around the popularity of Moonshine. The new menu consisted of entrees, appetizers, and new moonshine cocktails. Karen Soots, Vice President, Media Services at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. and Suzan Waldschmidt, Director, Outback Beverage Innovation will share how the innovation of food inspired new ways to engage consumers. From the first cocktail tasting in the Outback Test Kitchen to the 360 degree Marketing plan, Karen and Suzan will take you through the journey of Moonshine BBQ at Outback Steakhouse!

It is a Jewel class cruise ship of Norwegian Cruise Line, launched in 2006, sailing itineraries primarily around Alaska and the Caribbean.
