Are Network Integration Fees Legitimate?

Prepared by the ANA Television Advertising Committee, the AAAA Media Policy Committee, and the AAAA National TV/Radio Committee, this position paper describes network integration fees and explains advertisers' objections to their existence. It calls upon ABC, CBS, and NBC to justify continuing these charges.
