Pinning Down Pinterest

The latest sensation in social media is "Pinterest," the website which offers users the ability to organize images from other's websites to their Pinterest page (or "pinboard") which is visible and usable to other Pinterest users. Pinterest users can post images of their favorite products, movies, books, fashions etc. in order to share their consumer preferences. This would appear to be a marketer's dream, however there aspects to be wary of.
