This document outlines the advocacy efforts of our Government Relations team in 2011. In particular, it details our successful efforts in battling the Interagency Working Group’s proposed guidelines for food marketing to children 17 and under, our work in opposing ICANN’s Top Level Domain expansion, our continued promotion of robust self-regulation for online behavioral advertising (OBA), and important legal victories for the advertising community.
