Executive Summary
Advertisers, and their competitors, are increasingly launching advertising campaigns on a global basis, both in traditional and in online media. A panel of representatives from the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance from around the world discussed critical compliance issues that must be addressed for successful campaign launches, the most common mistakes advertisers make when launching globally, and advertising challenges on a global basis.
