In this video clip, Tony Palmer, SVP & CMO, of the Kimberly-Clark Corporation talks about how his organization has a very clear marketing mantra: a brand is a promise and the product is the delivery of that promise. Organizations that deliver that promise better than their competition build brand equity. In order to achieve this, organizations have to know what they are doing from the beginning. Palmer urges leaders to spend more time examining their internal processes rather than focusing on consumers and brand only.
