Jodi Allen, vice president, North America baby care, The Procter & Gamble Company, shares Pampers' strategy for connecting with new parents.
Pampers recently created a new series online, titled "A Parent is Born," in order to connect with new moms and dads. They also reach out this group through the promotion of new products, such as Pampers with Dry Max, which launched in March 2010. Recent backlash against this new product was also addressed in this presentation.
