9:00 am       Welcome and Opening Remarks - John Verret, Associate Professor, Boston University and Bill Zengel, Senior Vice President, ANA

9:15 am      Educating the In-House Agency and the Marketing Group - Marta Stiglin, President, Stiglin Consulting will discuss how can these two groups work together better?  What the key takeaways to achieving an end result that everyone is happy with? 

10:45 am     A look from the perspective of the In-House Agency - How does the relationship with the in-house agency and the "client" make or break the success of going the route of an in-house agency?  What are the benefits or downfalls?  Hear from Bill Fox , Senior Vice President, Fidelity Communications and Advertising.

12 Noon       Member Open Discussion - Five Questions - Thirty Minutes.  In this rapid roundtable style discussion, ANA's Bill Zengel will lead a discussion with you, the client side registrant attending the meeting regarding Marketing Insight Center findings on the issues that keep "In-House" up at night.  Please think about your issues and how you solve them and come prepared to share.  One of the primary benefits of participating in ANA's client-side marketer only sessions is the unique opportunity to connect and dialogue with your fellow leading peers.
