Chad started his career in classic packaged goods / brand management at companies including H. J. Heinz and Welch Foods. In 1989, Chad moved to Miller Brewing where he directed marketing and branding efforts for Miller’s $2BB Premium Brands portfolio; during his stint at Miller, Chad  was awarded Brand Week magazine’s  “Brammy Award” for the ‘Molson Ice New Product of the Year’ and “ UK Campaign Of The Year” in 1995 on Miller.

At Fiskars, as Chief Branding Officer/President of the Outdoor Recreation Division / Gerber Outdoor Gear, Chad doubled the business in 2 years to over $100million, and his work was again nominated for numerous awards, such as 'The Kelly Awards' for "Outstanding Creative Print".  In 2009 Chad was asked by his close friend and 3rd generation owner Jim Sartori to help lead the Sartori Company (an Artisan Cheese company) into retail, create a brand positioning, help brand the company, and further extend the company into social media.  The result - more explosive growth.
