Living With The Internet-New Research On Shifting Behavior
Time flies in the digital world. Blink and you might miss the beginning of a new trend, the development of an emerging technology or a local shift in consumer behavior-all of which can lead to missed business opportunities. For marketers to deliver relevant messages it's essential to understand how consumers interact with digital technology. As they use specific channels, their expectations and needs create a contextual ecosystem that can amplify-or destroy-your marketing message.
That's why in 2007, Microsoft Advertising and mec teamed up with IPSOS OTX to conduct a research study in the UK, Norway, Canada, Brazil and France in order to understand how consumers used the Web, and how receptive they were to digital advertising. In 2010, we replicated the study with mec and Mindshare to track how Web behavior has changed. Its scope was expanded to include Japan, Spain, the US, Mexico, India, Russia and China in order to get a more complete picture of the Internet' role in both mature and emerging web markets.
"Living with the Internet" documents the shifts we saw in Web usage, providing insight into how audience segments are communicating across devices, and confirming the importance of context in any given online interaction. Join this webinar presentation to learn:
