Formerly, as president of Griffin Bacal, a DDB agency, Paul played a key role in Hasbro's dynamic growth into a leading international toy and entertainment company. Prior to Griffin Bacal, Paul ran numerous businesses for P&G, American Express and Kraft at Ogilvy and Benton & Bowles. Paul is a Professor of Marketing and Advertising at Pace University.
