Mike Rose, the founder and owner of Ease Commercial Services, brings with him thirty years of general management, marketing, and media experience. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where as a brand manager he worked on products such as Crest and Pampers. Mike was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, as well as an executive with the Times Mirror Corporation, where he served in a variety of posts, including Chief Executive Officer of Times Mirror Multimedia and VP – Consumer Marketing, the Los Angeles Times. Ease manages the production incentive process for Fortune 500 advertisers as well as for Hollywood studios on film and television projects. Ease has 9 offices across the U.S. and Canada.
