Mossop has 25+ years of Healthcare industry experience, working for the largest and most highly admired organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Merck and Bristol-Myers Squibb. 

Her experience base spans the Consumer, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Device & Diagnostic and Biotech sectors.  Mossop’s subject matter expertise is both broad and deep, across Operations & Manufacturing Management, Joint Venture Start-up, Indirect Procurement Strategic Sourcing, Advertising Agency Management and Marketing Services. 

Her passion is in driving strategy and process to improve Commercial capabilities and deliverables, both inside organizations and in collaboration with a strong supply base. Mossop’s philosophy of success rests on the belief that the highest goals and innovation are achieved through robust partnerships with business and supplier partners, jointly challenging “why?” and working together to drive new capabilities. 

Currently the Director of Global Commercial Strategic Sourcing for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mossop is responsible for driving and educating the organization in elevating category strategies through the application of a robust Strategic Category Management process.  Her primary area of focus at present is overseeing a Global Agency Transformation initiative. 

Mossop holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Theatre Arts from Juniata College (Pennsylvania) and a Master of Science in Strategic Business Planning & Organizational Dynamics from The University of Pennsylvania.  She is married and lives with her husband in New Jersey.
