Lia leads digital strategy development for the adidas brand in America, focusing on developing consumer-centric strategies that create value and drive engagement across all sport business categories. Managing multiple award-winning programs, Lia continues to pioneer digital concepts for the brand, bringing adidas to fans and consumers through new ventures in mobile, social and digital media. Prior to this role, Lia led the global digital marketing strategy and execution for adidas’ basketball and running businesses.
Before joining adidas, Lia worked at Digitas where she was responsible for leading strategic and creative development initiatives across digital and direct channels for clients including American Express, Best Buy, General Motors and Whirlpool. She began her career at her alma mater, the University of Miami, where her passion for sports caught fire. When she’s not rooting on the ‘Canes, Lia enjoys testing her limits in everything from Spartan races to bungee jumping, skiing and mastering the culinary arts.
