Aaron Smith is a director of marketing at Spencer Stuart, a global executive search and leadership advisory consultancy. At the firm, he leads the development of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, marketing operations processes and markets the consumer products, luxury, retail, hospitality, leisure, and supply chain practices. Prior to Spencer Stuart, he led ABM and non-life sciences marketing for ZS, a global sales, marketing, and analytics consulting firm. He has more than 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, sales enablement and operations and helped win business partnerships with half of Fortune 50 companies.
Aaron earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a B.S. in strategic communications and a B.A. in Spanish from The University of Kansas.
