Manoj Raghunandanan leads the global self care organization and oversees the consumer experience organization for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health. In this role, he’s responsible for setting strategy and advancing capabilities in insights and analytics, brand building, connected commerce, and use of technology platforms and partnerships to accelerate the growth and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Mr. Raghunandanan co-founded Johnson & Johnson’s diversity marketing team and sits on several boards, including the ANA Board of Directors, the Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM), Google’s Health Marketing and Advertising Board, and the Global Self Care Federation executive board. He earned his M.B.A. from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
