Tara J. Agen is the VP and global head of marketing effectiveness, operations, and marketing technology at HP, where she leads corporate long-term marketing planning, agency management, marketing audit, and the purchase-to-pay process for all marketing spend. She also leads martech strategy and platform services and co-leads the racial equality and social justice task force industry pillar.
Previously at HP, Ms. Agen served as the VP and general manager of the personal systems displays and accessories global business unit. She’s also held a variety of executive leadership roles across the print, personal systems, storage, servers, and software businesses.
Ms. Agen holds a B.A. in political science from Regis College and executive finance and digital marketing degrees from Columbia University.
