Tara J. Agen is the VP and global head of marketing planning, operations, and the office of the CMO at HP Inc. In this role, Ms. Agen leads marketing planning with agencies and the procurement, budget, and finance teams; agency strategy, management, and governance; HP’s marketing learning and development program, Marketing Lab; and employee and CMO engagement and communications.
Previously at HP, Ms. Agen served as VP and general manager of the personal systems, displays and accessories (D&A) global business unit. She also helped lead the personal systems business unit as chief of staff and executive director, and held a variety of marketing, business development, sales operations, strategy, planning, and business operations leadership roles across print, PCs, storage, and servers.
Ms. Agen holds a B.A. in political science from Regis College and an executive finance degree from Columbia University.
