Arenth is a partner with Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP. In this role, she serves as chair of the promotional marketing and advertising practice group as well as co-chair of the cybersecurity, privacy, and technology Practice Group. Ms. Arenth concentrates her practice in promotional marketing, advertising, and internet/new media, as well as privacy, cybersecurity, and technology related matters, including privacy policies, terms of use, COPPA compliance, advising on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and compliance with cybersecurity and privacy laws.

Ms. Arenth frequently serves as a speaker and author on advertising, marketing, and intellectual property law-related topics, including contributions to the Dierson treatise on Promotion Marketing Law, Aspatore's "Inside the Minds" series on Recent Developments in Advertising Law, and the trademark chapter of the ABA’s Guide for In-House Counsel reference book. As an active member of the ABA's intellectual property law section, she has served two terms as chair and three prior terms as vice-chair of the promotions and marketing law committee.
