Deb Ashmore is a principal analytics consultant at Blackbaud, where she helps clients across a variety of nonprofit sectors understand their trends and inform strategies for long-term file health and growth.
Previously, Ms. Ashmore was the director of individual giving for WXPN, a public radio station from the University of Pennsylvania. She also served as the VP of communications for McPherson Associates, a where she led the online fundraising co-op.
Ms. Ashmore is a graduate of Temple University with a B.A. in English.
