Jennifer Babin is responsible for advertising and marketing law issues for Expedia brands both domestically and internationally. Previously, she was senior counsel at AOL, where she oversaw promotions law compliance for AOL-branded contests and sweepstakes. She began her legal career as an associate at Lerman Senter PLLC in Washington, D.C., counseling media companies on broadcast regulations, marketing, and promotions. Ms. Babin earned her B.A. from Texas A&M University and her law degree at the University of Texas School of Law.
