Ioana Badea leads global insights and analytics at Intel. The charter of her team is to advocate the voice of the market and shape product and marketing decisions by anticipating shifts in end-user attitudes or behaviors and turning them into actionable recommendations. Ms. Badea acts as a key partner to the business units and geographical and marketing centers of excellence, spanning traditional and digital media and creative, partner, and channel marketing. Her major focus is on identifying and turning end-user data and insights into successful new products, marketing initiatives, and actionable strategies that drive growth and profitability on a global basis. In her 14 years with Intel, Ms. Badea championed the use of market-driven insights to guide strategic business decisions in marketing, long-lead technology, and specific form-factor innovation. Prior to joining Intel, she held a variety of market research and information analyst roles. She holds a M.S. in Nuclear Energy Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania.
