As the Targeted Marketing Program manager, Audrey is responsible for managing the Platelets and Plasma product lines. Additionally, she oversees the Cross Lines of Business strategy for biomedical marketing, providing governance and general oversight of the contact strategy, and serving as the single point of contact for all stakeholders external to the Marketing Operations team. Audrey is additionally involved in the strategy, creative development, operational efficiency and best channel practices. What Audrey loves most about her job is knowing the impact ARC makes in helping people survive life-threatening illness and injury, and being able to tell the stories of the many recipients of ARC aid. Audrey is a breast cancer survivor, and so the mission, and her dedicated work for the Red Cross is very close to her heart.
