Ken Blackburn is Associate Director & Associate General Counsel for The Procter & Gamble Company. He is the North American leader for advertising and regulatory issues related to the company’s oral care and personal health care businesses, which includes leadership brands such as Crest, Oral-B, Vicks, Metamucil, Align, Scope, Pepto-Bismol and Prilosec OTC. In addition to his current role, Ken has rotated through a number of legal practice areas at Procter & Gamble including Labor & Employment, Corporate, and Securities.
Prior to joining Procter & Gamble, Ken spend 10 years at Lexmark International leading IRS audits and managing tax issues in Asia. Ken has a degree in Accounting, a M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky. He is also a licensed CPA.
