Attorney and community leader Eugenia Blackmon, Esq. is compliance director of consumer strategy and innovation for Allergan, the bold, global biopharmaceutical company and leader in a new industry model: growth pharma. She heads compliance for the consumer strategy and innovation team, otherwise known as "Moonwalker,” a new digital ventures unit dedicated to creating consumer-facing businesses that unlock opportunities in the medical aesthetics market. Prior to joining Allergan, Ms. Blackmon was senior counsel and compliance director for UniWorld Group Inc., the longest-standing multicultural advertising agency in the United States, headquartered in New York. Before working in advertising law, Eugenia was a corporate mergers and acquisitions senior associate for the national offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Tax, both in Washington, D.C. Ms. Blackmon has Southern roots and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving a bachelor’s degree in both philosophy and African-American studies. She obtained her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central School of Law and a master’s degree in taxation from Georgetown Law Center. A wife, and mother of a 5-year-old and a 7-year-old, Eugenia is passionate about increasing inclusive culture in America through her co-founded nonprofit, United Humanity Coalition.
