Melodie Bolin is the director for marketing operations at Mars Petcare US. She is responsible for media and creative planning and strategy, brand planning, strategic partnerships and digital ecosystem management, delivering best-in-industry marketing and communications plans across the Mars Petcare portfolio of brands. Prior to this role, Ms. Bolin managed the Pedigree and Temptations brands, leading internal and agency teams to collaborate on award-winning work with the “Feed the Good” and #PackAttack advertising campaigns. Prior to joining Mars, Melodie began her marketing career as an associate brand manager on the Natural Cheese business at Kraft Foods Inc. in Chicago. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served for seven years as an intelligence officer and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Melodie earned her Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and her bachelor’s degrees in French and Russian languages at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Ms. Bolin has one amazing dog and a huge passion for celebrating how dogs everywhere make people’s lives better. Melodie lives in Nashville, Tennessee and is also an avid traveler who is always planning her next big trip!
