Amanda Branch is an associate at Bereskin & Parr LLP with extensive experience in privacy law, including cybersecurity and data breach. Her practice focuses on copyright and digital media, as well as regulatory, advertising and marketing law.
Prior to starting at the firm, Ms. Branch was an in-house legal counsel for a registered Canadian credit reporting agency. She also completed a clerkship at the International Criminal Court on a case investigating war crimes in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Ms. Branch is a member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) and a member of the Ontario Bar Association's (OBA) Privacy & Access to Information Law executive.
