Ricardo Briceno
Vice President, Franchise Management / Mattel, Inc.

Ricardo Briceno is the VP of franchise management for Mattel, where he is responsible for developing strategies and integrated plans to extend the power of the company’s brands across content, digital gaming, live experiences, and consumer products. 

Previously, Mr. Briceno was the global head of brand marketing for the Hot Wheels brand and started at Mattel as an associate marketing manager over the Max Steel action figure business. Prior to joining Mattel, Mr. Briceno worked for four years on Procter & Gamble's Pampers business in Latin America. 

Mr. Briceno earned his bachelor’s in industrial engineering from the Universidad Simón Bolívar and his M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
