Sara Burnett is the VP of food values, sustainability, and public affairs at Panera,where she manages food policy, sustainability, and societal impact strategy as well as brand-wide public relations.
Previously, Ms. Burnett worked for more than a decade on Panera’s quality assurance team, where she oversaw special projects including the creation and implementation of the company’s clean food initiative.
