Victoria Butler has participated in numerous multistate and joint federal/state cases involving business practices such as advertising, data security, sweepstakes, financial practices, and mortgage servicing. Previously, she was a U.S. District Court law clerk and served as deputy court counsel to the chief judge in Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit Court. Ms. Butler has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the U.S. Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award for 2012 and the Florida Bar Consumer Protection Lawyer of the Year. She is a grader for the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, member of Phi Beta Kappa, and author of the Florida Section of the ABA Consumer Law manual. She received her bachelor’s from Wheaton College and her J.D. from Stetson College of Law.
